Laura Del Cid, Director of Operations
Laura commenced her professional career in 2003 at The City of West Hollywood as a Recreational Leader. In 2010 Laura worked as a Staff Assistant for a U.S. Congressman where she assisted people and the case managers with federal agency problems. It wasn’t until 2011 when she began to pursue her legal career as a legal-aid clinic volunteer at the Inland Empire Latino Lawyers, Association “IELLA”, a non-profit organization for poor and low-income individuals serving diverse communities in Riverside and San Bernardino County. Her dedication and commitment to the organization led her to become the Program/Executive Assistant. IELLA, gave her the opportunity to address family law issues alongside a panel of 25+ pro-bono attorneys. She was a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.
A native to Los Angeles, Laura Del Cid earned her MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University, with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. Laura graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with a B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Sociology.
Prior to joining The Broadway Law Group, P.C. she worked at a law firm specializing in Criminal and Immigration law where she assisted with multiple complex EOIR matters.
Laura enjoys running, exploring new restaurants, reading, and spending time with her Beagle.
